The general site of the project: The project lies in a very eminent site at the 6th of October city at the new northern area of extending close to the green belt area which is considered the largest clear and pure area and is void of any pollution. The project site is 15 minutes away from Lebanon Square – El Mohandesein and three minutes away from the new hunting club.

The project description: The project is built on an area of 35 acres and consists of 2 populace blocks, flowing at the middle of them a water stream surrounded by vast green areas which form a percentage that exceeds 80% of the project.
